Export Tex takes pride in delivering products to customers in excellent condition. However, we understand that there may be rare instances where expectations are not met, or unforeseen circumstances arise. We offer a return policy to uphold and strengthen the trust between Export Tex and our valued customers. If you receive a damaged product or design error, you can return it, and we will provide you with a replacement that is in perfect condition.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it as long as your item meets the following criteria:
- It is within 03 Days from the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be unused and in their original condition. This includes keeping all original tags and packaging intact, without any damage or tampering.
- If the item included a free promotional item, the free item must also be returned.
- Refunds or replacements for products are contingent upon inspection and evaluation by the Export Tex team.
- Replacements are dependent on the availability of stock from the Supplier. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
- Please be aware that the Cash on Delivery convenience fee and the shipping cost are non-refundable, and therefore, will not be included in the refund amount of your order.
Reasons for returns & replacement
- The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- Size mismatch for clothing items will only be addressed if the size delivered differs from what is stated on the invoice. If the invoice and the delivered item's size are the same, we will not offer a refund under any circumstances.
- Color Mismatch for clothing.
- Wrongly Printed clothing.(Front/Back desgin mismatch, wrong design, wrong placement of design)
- The wrong product was sent.
How to return:
- To reach out to the Export Tex Customer Care team, please email contact@exporttex.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
- After we collect or receive your returned item, our team will conduct a quality inspection. If the return reason is deemed valid, we will either replace the product with a new one or issue a refund.
Refund Policy
- The refund will be processed after we have completed evaluating your return.
- Replacements are dependent on the availability of stock from the Supplier. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
- Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience fee and shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund amount for your order.
- If you chose Cash on Delivery (COD) as your payment method, there will be no refund amount since the payment has not yet been made.
- For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking, or Bank Transfer, your refund will be processed back to the respective account.
- In the event of an online payment being made more than once due to a technical error, a refund will be issued for the duplicate payment.
You can expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days. If the refund does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us at contact@exporttex.com, and we will look into the matter.
